After the success of the “Simply clean” (cleaning product) campaign developed early this year, the challenge lay in improving on this success. A national promotion called “4 for 4” was launched at all important retail outlets. A POS presentation with displays, columns and pallet board signs publicised the campaign resoundingly, as did advertisements in trade media. A coupon was also devised that could be downloaded from the internet and website of the brands involved, and from social media sites and coupon portals.
