Feverish competition among Nissan dealers: the automotive manufacturer invited its dealers in two stages with a lucrative incentive drive. The most successful participants would be rewarded with an exclusive trip to South Africa. First stage: invitation by direct mail with giveaways and information on participation. A launch gift was wrapped beautifully in a presentation box arousing interest in participation: it was digital frame with impressions of South Africa. The second stage consisted of reminder mails with giveaways typical of the travel destination. There was a special website created for communication on this incentive drive giving continuous updates on the points received by the participants. The concept was developed and implemented creatively by our partner agency for events v. Beust & Partner Berlin. They were also entrusted with the overall organisation and management of the logistics of the entire incentive trip.
