Already for the third time we implemented the Mars Petcare promotion for the Christmas season. “Time for giving” was the motto that featured a multi-buy mechanic for select premium petfood brands. Both pet and pet owner were the target of this concept that offered original Ritzenhoff incentives. For the first time shoppers could participate easily with either the offline or online call-to-action. This resulted in higher reach of the promotion and increased buying frequency as well as higher shopping basket.
